The School Demolition project on Thivon was carried out by Afoi Alexandrou, involving the controlled dismantling and removal of an existing educational facility. The scope included structural demolition, debris management, material separation, and complete site clearance in full compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Due to the urban location and surrounding infrastructure, the works required detailed planning, controlled demolition methods, and strict safety protocols to ensure minimal disruption to the area. Special emphasis was placed on dust control, safe material handling, and responsible waste disposal. The project was completed efficiently and according to schedule, delivering a fully cleared and properly prepared site ready for redevelopment.
