The MAKRYNOROS Wind Farm in the Municipality of Nafpaktos was a large-scale civil works assignment covering road construction and site preparation for a 12-turbine installation in the mountains of central Greece. Our scope included the full access road network and all excavation and earthmoving works required to bring each of the 12 foundation positions to a state ready for turbine installation by main contractor ELEMKA S.A. Spanning over fifteen months from December 2020 to March 2022, this was one of our most demanding winter-season projects, completed to schedule across a remote and technically challenging mountain environment.
