The Solid Rock Excavation project in Vouliagmeni was executed by Afoi Alexandrou, involving specialized excavation works in compact rock formations. The project required advanced mechanical excavation methods and controlled breaking techniques to ensure precision, safety, and structural stability within a densely developed residential environment.
Due to the hardness of the geological formation and the proximity to neighboring properties, operations were carried out using heavy-duty hydraulic breakers and specialized excavation equipment, minimizing vibration impact and ensuring full compliance with engineering specifications. Particular attention was given to slope stability, boundary protection, and accurate foundation level formation. The works were completed according to the project schedule, delivering a properly formed and structurally secure excavation area ready for foundation construction and subsequent development phases.
